I got this once and I felt like such horrible, horrible person. I was so upset I couldn’t take it back.
Though, I did imagine a fantastically d-baggy, “Wait, so you knew that as long as you didn’t get run through, you’d be fine? And you didn’t tell me? You, ser, are a dick. You are a bag of dicks. I actually enjoyed writing Dr. Zevran’s dialogue; Why haven’t I used more of him in my fan comics?? D:

Zevran leaned against the rough wood of the door, studying the bright ribbon of sky above the rooflines of the city through his lashes, listening to the funeral within, hands dangling uselessly, frustrated by the shallowness of the gesture.
His forte lay in making the dead—not saying goodbye to them.
She wouldn’t have wanted them to be unhappy on a day like today— on a day like this with a sky so big ad bright, she would be laughing, head thrown back, teasing one and then another of them, playing with the Mabari, urging Leliana to sing a marching song, making Alistair blush, challenging him to show off at throwing knives.
