[ WELCOME TO THE UNDERGROUND ] - Anders Fanmix
Anders can be described any number of ways, in any number of words from any number of people. However, through all the opinions and the observations and the analysis, there are some things about Anders I feel that remain constant: desperation, losing control, the desire to do the right thing.
In the very end of it all, Anders is violent. He is hard. He is cold. He is slipping. He is ultimately human, and whether or not Anders is sorry for what he’s done is irrelevant. He did what he thought he needed to for the better of everyone and everything, blood on his hands be damned. From the very beginning of his citizenship of Kirkwall, this is what he’s done no matter how much of him was really in control.
Those are the feelings I tried to convey with this mix; the feeling of wanting to do right and slowly slipping to more and more violence. He wanted to help the people who could not help themselves. He wanted people to understand the plight his people faced every day. He grew weary of Meredith and her paranoia, of the Templars’ hold over them when they knew nothing of what they spoke. He paved the way for revolution. He never lost sight of his goal, even if he lost himself.
